Alergick\u00e1 r\u00fdma je stav, kdy se alergen dostane do nosu a zp\u016fsob\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt. R\u00fdma m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 akutn\u00ed nebo chronick\u00e1. Pro akutn\u00ed r\u00fdmu je typick\u00e9, \u017ee ji spou\u0161t\u00ed virov\u00e1 infekce, ale nen\u00ed to jedin\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt i d\u016fsledek alergi\u00ed, bakteri\u00ed apod. Chronick\u00e1 r\u00fdma je na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b dlouhodob\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, obvykle s p\u0159idru\u017eenou chronickou sinusitidou. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee z\u00e1n\u011bt nosu je dlouhodob\u00fd, trv\u00e1 v\u00edce t\u00fddn\u016f. Chronick\u00e1 r\u00fdma m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobena alergiemi a mohou ji vyvolat i l\u00e9ky, dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky ve vzduchu, kou\u0159en\u00ed, t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, astma, chronick\u00e1 sinusitida. Sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e1 r\u00fdma je kombinac\u00ed alergick\u00e9 a nealergick\u00e9 r\u00fdmy.<\/p><p>Pokud v\u00e1s postihne chronick\u00e1 r\u00fdma, m\u016f\u017eete se setkat tak\u00e9 s post-naz\u00e1ln\u00ed kapavkou. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se hlen hromad\u00ed v zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti nosu a v krku a kape dol\u016f ze zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti nosu. To m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat bolest v krku, ka\u0161el nebo vyka\u0161l\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v Imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m p\u0159ehnan\u011b reaguje na p\u0159\u00edtomnost alergen\u016f a mohou tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit slzen\u00ed, zarudl\u00e9 a sv\u011bdiv\u00e9 o\u010di. Velmi \u010dast\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 otoky kolem o\u010d\u00ed.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u010cast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je chronick\u00e1 r\u00fdma, kter\u00e1 je vyvol\u00e1na alergeny.
